Wordpress theme, Jillij version 12

I have just released a new version of my theme jillij. A few small fixes (comment submit button is now fully visible) and tag cloud is now working with wordpress 2.3.2.

    I am wondering how to get the pages listed across the top and if there are children pages and grandchildren pages, if those can be listed in the drop down too?

    I would be interested in the same feature as the post above. Any suggests on how to do that in the header nav? Thanks!
