All is in the title

Hi, is it possible to change the menu bar "Archives" to list Month an Year instead of the calendar?

I’ve tried:

            <li class="LargeMenu"><h2><?php _e(’Archives’); ?></h2>
                <ul>
                    <li>
                    <?php wp_get_archives(’type=monthly’); ?>
                    </li>
                </ul>
            </li>

But than the first Line of the Menu is empty…
