All is in the title

Dear Mr. Jillij,

I really like your theme and have been using it for quite sometime now. I make a few mods like changing the colors, size, and all the images, and find this theme the easiest to work with. I have used the modified version of this theme for a couple websites for other people, which brings me to my question. I have been asked by one of these people if they can change their footer to only be "Copyright DomainName.com". I understand that this is pretty common, but I didn't feel that it was right to do this without asking you first. So, would it be okay with you to remove you from the footer? You would still be getting credit in the code. Thank you for the great theme.
