All is in the title

Trying to explain this simply.

Am am modifiing the bgtop, bgwide images, and I see that the bgtop overlaps the bgwide on the top, with bgwide slipping unerneath it. Normally this would not matter but I’m using transperant png24 images in this mod and need to bgtop to sit directly atop the bgwide images without any overlap.

Is there a way I can add space between them to seperate them a bit? I have played with the CSS, but am still learning CSS so I don’t habe a big bag of tricks. I tried simply adding a vspace= string to ngtop but to no avail.
