All is in the title

I uploaded version 6 of your theme and it does not work in IE 6 - where do the files in the Code folder go on my server? I can link to it if you need me to, but I switched my theme back to my old one until I get this fixed.

I also have tried to add the .htaccess file and csshover.htc. That doesnt work for me either. my site works with "mysite . com" but it doesnt work with "www . mysite . com" Do you have any idea why?
