I getting the error message "Gallery server down" i follow everything on the readme.txt but i will having this problem

I’ve used wordpress-photon-phpwebgallery on my home machine without problems (http://perone.homelinux.org/gennaro) but when I move the blog on my server (http://gennaro.perone.org) I had this messagge: ”Gallery server down”, but if I go directly to phpwebgallery (http://gennaro.perone.org/phpwebgallery) it seems to be all right. Any ideas?

Do you think your server administrator stopped curl activity somehow?

My server administrator has said to me that curl is enabled and running.
But it "Server is down"…
