Jillij,
I’ve read through this forum and like a few others, I too have a blank page for my WordPress/PHPWebGallery integration. It can be viewed here:
http://www.omegazen.com/?a=phpwebgallery
I’ve gone through all of the steps in your instructions three times now without success. Here’s what I’ve done.
1. I successfully installed a working version of PHPWebGallery, which can be viewed here:
http://www.omegazen.com/games/
2. I created the tables for PHPWebGallery within the WordPress database.
3. I uploaded photon.php and photon folder in the appropriate WordPress plugins folder.
4. I activated the Photon template with PHPWebGallery within Administration > Configuration > Default Display and Administration > Identification > Users.
5. I activated the Photon plugin within WordPress. WordPress was able to find the “games” directory and import users as desired.
However, when I view the URL that I provided above, I just get a blank page.
Thus, I wonder if it’s any of the following:
1. Did I mess up one of the steps I’ve outlined above?
2. Is there file or directory that needs a different chmod permission?
3. Will I get a blank page without cURL? I don’t know what that is. I can tell you that I’m running PHP 5.2.0 and that I’ve installed WordPress 2.1 with Photon 4.1, which I got from http://phpwebgallery.net/ext/.
I apologize that this message is so lengthy, but I figured it might help to see all of the steps I’ve taken. Thanks in advance for your help,
Enigmatix
